Adam Fischer is an entrepreneur and leader with a passion for solving complex problems and bringing innovative solutions to life. With over a decade of experience in real estate development, finance, and venture-backed startups, Adam has built a strong track record of acquiring assets, raising capital, and executing large-scale investments.
As Founder of Osorno, Adam focuses on strategic real estate developments, with multiple active projects across mountain and outdoor recreation markets. His expertise spans commercial real estate, PropTech, FinTech, and ConTech, with a strong network of investors, financial institutions, and resort operators.
Adam is also deeply involved in the mountain resort industry, currently serving as Development Executive at South Peak Resort in Lincoln, NH. He oversees the design, permitting, and execution of a 350-acre master-planned resort, including residential, hotel, retail, and mountain infrastructure components. His leadership has been instrumental in working with mountain operators like Boyne Resorts to shape the future of mountain recreation and hospitality.
Beyond real estate, Adam has a background in venture-backed startups, having founded and led Monetics, a loan management platform acquired by Derivative Path. He has also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence and Advisor at OMERS Ventures and Turner Construction, helping shape the future of construction technology and real estate innovation.
A lifelong skier and coach, Adam is currently the U10 TRS Alpine Head Coach at Palisades Tahoe, where he combines his leadership skills with his love for skiing to mentor young athletes. His work has been featured in SnowBrains, Unofficial Networks, FinTech Futures, and the New England Real Estate Journal.
When he's not working on his latest development or coaching on the slopes, Adam enjoys skiing, biking, working out, cooking, and exploring new places.
